We listed the property before the impact of covid 19 was being experienced. We were due to auction on the first Saturday that auctions were called off due to the virus lock down. Whilst the property did not achieve the price we hoped for prior to covid 19 the result was satisfactory and achieved in a timely manner. A good result in the circumstances. Communication from the agent was extremely good and we were very satisfied with the manner in which the sale process was managed.
