We bought the house from Daniel in 2021 and every year he sent a polite email, checking in. We had tried selling with a different agent last year and failed, so I decided to call Daniel. He responded immediately (even though he was on holidays!) and helped me through every stage of the sale, including being respectful and helpful to our tenants.
