We bought the house from Daniel in 2021 and every year he sent a polite email, checking in. We had tried selling with a different agent last year and failed, so I decided to call Daniel. He responded immediately (even though he was on holidays!) and helped me through every stage of the sale, including being respectful and helpful to our tenants. He reported in after every open home as well as weekly. I felt he was open and honest with us. Daniel definitely made the sale process as stress free as possible. He is professional, respectful, and a delight to do business with.
