We had a couple of agents to value and discuss the property and Daniel was a clear standout. He was very genuine compared to the other agents we were speaking to when trying to make a decision on who to use to sell our property. He and his team had excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided feedback along the way. He had a well thought out, clear plan and provided outstanding guidance. He exceeded expectations and managed to get a great price. Highly recommended! If you are planning on selling pop him at the top of the list to contact. Don’t usually write reviews but had such a positive experience and hope this can make the experience easier for others.

The sale of our family home, was an emotional time for my sister and I after the recent death of our Mother. Daniel was very understanding of this and showed great empathy and respect. Daniel is extremely professional and honest, and it was his skill and many years of experience as an agent , that saw him achieve a successful Sale.

We recently utilised Sophie and Daniel Broadbent to sell our family home. From the moment we met them, we were at ease with their knowledge and experience in our area, as well as their extensive networks for marketing the house in surrounding / interested areas. They were available anytime we wanted to chat and answered all of our questions throughout the process (even when we were repeating questions!) They gave excellent advice about things we could do to make the home more attractive and shared all the necessary contacts (pool cleaner, house cleaner, stylist, gardener, builder etc.). Really friendly and a WORLD AWAY from many of the other agents we interviewed (who were just so slick and sales-y and gross). Just normal, friendly people we would be happy to represent us to potential buyers. The best part? The house sold at auction and my elderly father can now get on with the next chapter of his life. Would definitely recommend.

After meeting a number of other agents, we knew right away we were going to work with Daniel. He set a clear direction for our auction campaign, and guided us through a number of key decisions early in the piece. He kept us informed throughout the campaign with comprehensive reviews of interested parties and feedback from potential buyers, and kept the updates coming through consistently. On the day itself Daniel delivered an outstanding result which so much better than we had anticipated. Daniel Broadbent handled the sale of our home in Doncaster East after it was passed in at Auction with no one bidding. He assured us that it would sell quickly after Auction and even warned us before the Auction that it was highly possible not to sell at Auction. We crossed our fingers and trusted Daniel and his team to bring about the desired results. And he did, five days later our home sold at our Vendor's price to a family that had not attended the Auction but had called in early to view before Daniel and his team had arrived on Auction Day. We would recommend Jellis Craig and Daniel and hiss team at Ringwood to future sellers of their homes as we feel we received an informative and true picture of the current selling market in Doncaster East. I will comment that the removal of our Auction board took longer than we wanted despite a couple of telephone calls requesting that the board be removed. Follow up in this matter could be tightened.
