I was away from Heathcote due to some last minute reasons. Whilst still away, I saw a property listed in this town in the Internet and was interested in it. Although I was not physically around, I am familiar with the property as I passed by it often. So I rang Daniel up, chatted with him and tried to see if there is a chance I could buy the property "remotely". Daniel was very forthcoming and helpful and assisted with my questions and queries, even during odd hours. With the confidence gained, I gave an offer which was compatible with what the vendor wanted. The rest, as people said, are history as I managed to have this property purchased. Approaching selling your home can be a very daunting and emotional experience. We had a lot of work to do and I didn’t know where to start. We chose Wilson Partners and since it was our first time buying a land, there were many things we did not know about. We met Vanessa on our first day of exploring few plots we were interested in. Vanessa was very friendly, extremely patient and experienced agent. We knew she would be the right person to assist us with our search for a good plot. Easy to deal with correct infomation and straight to the point. Was excellent dealing with Dan. We weren’t an easy client as we had alot of questions and different requests, but Dan never missed a detail and was always very prompted and pleasant to work with.
