Shaun made himself readily available to answer our thousands of questions, allowed us through the property multiple times, assisted us with organising the appropriate inspections and liaised with our solicitor through out the duration of the time. we were never made to feel like our questions were repetitive or silly. and upon becoming unconditional Shaun then made a personalised phone call to congratulate Josh and myself and offer us a 2 course meal at a restaurant. not only that, but also followed up with me today to organise a pre settlement inspection.
