Could not have chosen better!

As an interstate seller, I cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. I had complete trust in him. He dealt with the property management team to handle the outgoing tenant, offered sound advice on what the unit needed to be market ready, and kept me well informed on his choices regarding sales strategy. He managed my expectations well, and then delivered a result I could not be happier with. 90k over asking price! He is personable and I think he communicates very well with buyers & sellers alike. He cautioned me on the risks & solidity of the various offers, gave me suitable time to make a decision, and in the meantime he negotiated an even better deal than the offers we had on the table. I'd work with him again without hesitation.
