We have now known Daniel for 9 years. We first met him as the agent selling a home to us. He treated us, as potential buyers, so well (no ridiculous real estate run around other sales agents had put us through, up front, honest and fair). When it came to sell that house we wanted our potential buyers treated well and we knew Daniel was someone we wanted to work with. I guess in a nutshell Daniel delivers what he promises. We bought through him and felt that he was switched on and we trusted him though our interactions in purchasing. Daniel has stayed in touch and did bear with us through a few false starts on pulling the trigger on selling. So 6 years on and when it was time to sell we went to Daniel, he honoured the deal he had offered us a number of years ago. It was a good deal and I appreciated he did it without fuss, I guess that's one of the things that sets him apart he gets great results without the hard sell.
