Danial Cachia and his assistant Janae Mann are the most professional real estate team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a pedant I can normally find fault, but they were absolutely faultless. They guided me through the entire selling process, fulfilled every promise, and their communication was magnificent as I was constantly kept up-to-date with inspection results and buyer offers. When we thought we had a final price Danial managed to get more. With the bar now set so high I would feel very uncomfortable dealing with any other estate agent. If you are not using the services of Daniel and Janae, you are settling for second best.
