Daniel & team were extremely professional and were great to deal with from start to finish. There was a point in our campaign where we needed to decide whether we adjust the pricing as the offers received were well below expectations. Instead of trying to convince us to reduce our price, Daniel assured us we just hadn’t found the right buyer yet. We waited a couple of weeks, and we ended up finding the right buyer for our property which met price expectations. We were very happy with the end result!
