Daniel was on the ball from day 1. He knew the area and the market dynamics, he was willing to talk and debate the pros and cons of different sale strategies and his reasoning was well thought through on each strategic decision. He insight was particularity striking at auction where he accurately predicted which bidder would open the bidding and which bidders were likely to be the last bidders. Daniel strikes the right balance between being hungry in the market, but friendly and pleasant to deal with. Very happy and highly recommend.
