After meeting Daniel on multiple occasions when looking to buy, it was an easy choice for my wife and I to select him as the best agent to sell our property. He has sold the majority of houses in Henrietta Street in Waverley, all with fantastic results, and I always found Daniel to be very easy to deal with. My wife and I were impressed from the start. Daniel ran a consultation, put no pressure on us and gave us time to get to the decision to sell. He then moved so quick that we were on line within 2 days and had a stream of buyers agents coming through our property to talk to their customers. The result was high foot traffic in our open houses, great feedback and a great offer which we accepted in a short period of time. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Daniel to anyone wanting to sell their home in Sydney’s Eastern Beaches. His communication is second to none, his assistant Janae Mann is exceptional, his negotiation skills, honesty and market knowledge is awesome.
