Daniel recently helped my family post a well contested auction. He was able to step up and show a higher emotional intelligence given it was a big moment for my family and the current owner was selling his home after owning the house for more than 60 years. Daniel was also able to show patience as the owner (who was in his 90s) wished to discuss the history of his home and meet my young family. All whilst Daniel was coordinating the exchange. I think Daniel was able to show a rare quality with respect to some other real-estate agents; he was sensitive to the emotions of his customers and aware of the situation to hand.
