After doing our research in the area, which included talking to a number of agents, we were happy to employ Danny Chapman from Mancini Real Estate as our agent. He impressed both my wife and myself from our 1st meeting, with his Presentation, Manner, No Nonsense Approach, Knowledge of The Local Area, and Professionalism. There is still a negative perception with some in the community about Real Estate Agents, but this does not apply to Danny. His punctuality and follow up work were of a high standard. We had a difficult sale with our original buyer pulling out close to settlement, but Danny took a calm, measured approach going forward, and managed a 2nd buyer close to our original settlement date. Throughout this process he was able to juggle the purchase of our new property to tie in with the sale of our old property. He has been approachable throughout the period of our sale and purchase and beyond ; and, handled all matters with an educated, business like dimeanour. I approached Mancini Real Estate to sell my commercial property in Altona. I met with Andy Chapman. From the very first meeting I felt very comfortable with his manor and knowledge. I thought if this was my first impression then he would come across similarly to a prospective buyer of my property a definite plus. After some consultation with Andy we came up with a figure for the property. The tenant of my property commented on the amount of people Andy was showing my property to and he kept me regularly informed of what was happening.
