Unfortunately his constant action of tapping away on his notebook made both Maria and I feel a bit "left out". Neither of us are all that computer literate. Anyway, good feedback after each inspection and happy with the end result (which was around the estimated value that Daniel suggested).

From the start Daniel was very thorough and professional. I'd researched auction results which were above other agents in the area for similar properties and seen him at a few auctions really working with the crowd. Daniel came around for a chat and was very thorough in the data he went through to determine what he thought he could get as a selling price but also how the campaign would work and the expectations around it. Daniel communication was great. After every open we would chat about the people that came through and what his thoughts were about those people. I found Daniel to be knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We asked all sorts of different questions about what we should do with the property prior to auction and Dan was great answering them. The auction day was a success. The property sold for well over the reserve but the last 50k was Daniel doing his thing with the crowd and getting the price even higher than what it would have with another agent.
