Knowledgeable and helpful

Our decision to select Daniel as the agent to sell our home was based on a few factors. Before meeting Daniel we had engaged with other local agents and had a few out to assess our property. Of those agents some wanted to list low to generate interest and get people in, then sell above that listing range. Some agents promised us top dollar before even seeing the property. We chose Daniel as he spent the time with us and we believe he understood the property and what added value to it. When it came to estimating the value of the property he was on the same page as us. Once we agreed on the value of the property Daniel explained his strategy to achieve this figure, being a detailed time-lined sales campaign. The house sold within a couple of weeks and we achieved the top end of our listing range. Aside from the sale of our house, I believe I have talked to him more about the purchase of my next property. Daniel has made time on multiple occasions late at night, on the weekend giving advice on properties and dealing with agents about our next purchase.
