Daniel Cook worked hard for this sale: We had a hard property to sell as the property was not level and there was no way to put in a pool (if desired). This caused a prolonged selling period on the market as the surrounding level properties and/or with pools sold first. My only suggestion is Daniel should have expected the prolonged time on the market and set that expectation with the seller, given the topology of the property,
