Daniel Cripps ran a professionally managed sales campaign from start to finish. The Barry Plant team did a great job with communication, sales strategy.

Daniel and Nancy gave us the great teamwork and professional service, quick sold before auction and quick settlement fulfill our inquiry.

They well researched & knowledgeable re our unique property & achieved a great result in what is supposedly a flat market.

They communicated clearly, answered all our questions, and made everything smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate their hard work and would gladly recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.

Very Happy with Daniel’s service.

Daniel Cripps and his team answered all our queries in a timely manner and kept us informed every step of the way with the sale of our home. We were extremely happy with the way Daniel conducted the auction of our home.

He was professional, responsive and a great strategist throughout the campaign. What I appreciated most was his collaborative approach. He listened to my views, discussed the strategy openly and guided the process without dictating it. His advice on timing, pricing and negotiation was clear and well thought out, helping us achieve a strong result. Highly recommend Daniel.

Daniel Cripps was great at keeping me informed about every aspect of the sale of my home, from open for inspections, numbers of prospective buyers to comments and interest in my property.

Daniel Cripps is very proactive and has a realistic plan for selling our house. Also very hard-working person. Thanks Daniel and his team again.

He kept me updated during the whole process.

Brilliant knowledge of market/area, Daniel’s value was spot on which gives greater confidence and he and his team worked diligently to get a result for our client. Thanks again

We had a great experience working with Daniel and Nancy in a challenging market. They kept us updated throughout the campaign with honest feedback and regular communication about potential buyers. Always professional, respectful, and happy to arrange private inspections when needed.
