Would thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team to sell my property any day of the week. From the start, he gave us his honest feedback on the best method to sell our home in the current market and clearly explained his reasons why he believed this would help us to maximise the sale price. We previously hadn't given consideration to the method of sale we ended up using, however Daniel's reasoning made absolute sense to us once he outlined why, and his advice in this regard was a major determining factor in us proceeding with Barry Plant to list our property.
