Daniel gave us a clear description of what he intended to do in marketing our house, as an ex professional person myself, I was very impressed with his presentation. He delivered everything he promised and more, we were delighted with the result and the exceptional professionalism shown to deliver this result. I would recommend Daniel and his team to anyone seeking to sell there home. Regards Bob & Jill Merrall

We had lived in our house for 16 years and we're looking to down size. We meet Daniel through this process. He appeared keen to follow up and showed interest and suggested various properties to us. Through this process we felt a mutual respect and decided to give the opportunity to sell our property to Daniel. Our property was due for auction. Through the open for inspection process we were given both verbal and written reports. With these follow up reports it was decided to follow up buyers before auction as this would achieve the best result for us. So the property sold before auction at a price that we had in mind before we started this process. One can never say that it was the best possible price all we can say is that we felt it was at the upper end of expectation. We would strongly recommend Daniel and his team and believe him to be a very good negotiator with clear verbal advise and listening skills.

Our home was marketed with another agency for months in the high season with no acceptable offers forthcoming. We cut ties and put the property on the market with Daniel and Ricko who offered a very viable marketing strategy. Within a week we were able to extract a fantastic price and get the home sold. Negotiations proceeded quickly and seamlessly with both parties leaving the table happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and Ricko to friends and family. They are an impressive team that work off each others strengths. Gary Malyon

At first we were a bit concerned about realising our target price for our property, but Daniel was very reassuring and obtained a price above our expectations. His negotiating skills are second to none. We would highly recommend him to any perspective seller. We could not praise him more highly for the whole experience. Very happy customers

I had the pleasure of having Daniel Cripps sell my home recently, which was one of the easier projects I have undertaken due to Daniels professionalism and overall knowledge of the market and area. Daniel communicated with me regularly each step of the way. Daniel took the time to sit with me on regular intervals and explain the process and where we were at throughout the whole campaign. He reported back to me in detail after each inspection opening and generally kept the process as stress free one for me. I was more than happy with the outcome of my sale and I would recommend Daniel to anyone who is considering selling their home. Georgia Devine

Rightly or wrongly we entrusted the sale of our property with Daniel without approaching any other agents. In hindsight it was an incredibly successful decision. The whole sale process was handled with absolute professionalism and the ongoing communication was first class. Daniel had sold the property within 1 week of being listed and at a figure well over and above our expectations. I have without any reservations the highest respect for Daniel and his team at Barry Plant Wantirna and have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective persons looking to sell their property. 10/10, very happy, well done Daniel. Our family wish you every success with your career in the future. Again thank you so much.

Having used several different agents in recent years, we are constantly looking for ways to maximize the return on our investments. Price is always the end goal, but you need someone you can work with too. We had recently been introduced to Daniel and his capable team, and after several discussions decided it was time to change things up, and list with him. The campaign ran very smoothly with useful communication back each week. Advertising was successful and open for inspection numbers were very strong, as were the private inspections during the week. Having a team able to speak in English and Chinese helped break down communication barriers and opened up our property to potential buyers we may not have reached otherwise. This proved the difference with a great result on auction day. Thank you to Daniel, Ricko, Brendan, Janelle and the whole team on a job well done... Scott & Bronwyn Campbell

Daniel was a highly approachable, supportive, understanding and knowledgable agent. He made my wife feel supported and reassured during the stresses of the auction experience and myself impressed by his marketing strategy and management of the auction itself. Would highly recommend Daniel to future home sellers in the wantirna region.

When considering real estate agents, the differentiating factor was the strategy. Daniel outlined a well structured, proactive and multi-faceted approach which delivered us a better than expected outcome. He was honest about market conditions and did not overstate the potential market value to obtain our business. I would recommend engaging Daniel and his team at Barry Plant Wantirna to sell your home.

Dear Daniel, On behalf of Margaret and Myself, let me start by saying how delighted we were with the result of the Auction last Saturday. It was you first impression some 2 years ago, that planted the seed for when we were ready to move (albeit it is still premature) that we felt comfortable in the knowledge that you understood our stubborn situation in not being fussed whether we moved yet or not. By just keeping in touch and waiting till the time was right , as opposed to forcing our hand, ensured you were at the top of the list when it became obvious the market was right for the picking and we were happy to proceed. We were extremely taken by your family values and honesty/integrity and knowledge. I would also like to thank your team for the professional way the Auction was conducted, and we felt spoilt and special given how many of the staff were here on the day,(just as well given the turn out. Regards Bill & Margaret
