Daniel was wonderful to work with. Buying a property is a somewhat stressful experience, yet he made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Being a local he has an in depth knowledge of the area, helping us with not only the history of the property, but also who to contact in the local council and council related matters. Due to the nature of the property, settlement was not a two minute job, yet Dan was there at the end of the phone or email every time we reached out, he even made enquires on our behalf regarding getting insurance for the property. He was very professional from start to finish and definitely went above & beyond.
