Our experience with Daniel, Jordan, Tara and the rest of the Belle Hornsby team was great. We recently sold our house at auction and they definitely helped keep our stress levels in check! Daniel was realistic with us and didn't promise the world, particularly as the current market is so unpredictable and we needed to not get caught up in the hype. He kept us informed at all times during the sales campaign and we trusted him and the process completely and it ended up being very good advice. It was also obvious how much he cares about the people he is dealing with. We only dealt with Daniel for a short time as we saw the property towards the end of the campaign. From the start he was approachable, and friendly. We felt we could have an honest conversation with him. There was no agressive selling or constant harassment to buy the property. Professional manner and respond questions quickly

Good honest open communication. This included excellent advice about the local area and the state of the housing market in general. I also felt well prepared for the auction and was very satisfied with the whole process. Buying a house can be ultra-stressful and I believe Dan and the Belle team made the whole process as seamless and easy as it could be. I would recommend Belle and Dan anytime.

Daniel was knowledgeable and honest. He knew our local market well. He was very professional from beginning to end however still personal and understanding of our needs. We enjoyed our time with Belle Property and will highly recommend them in the future in fact we already have.
