Daniel is really helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended some small changes to make my property more marketable and organised qualified tradies to carry out the work at very reasonable prices. I didn't have to attend the property or check the work was done, Dan did everything for me. Dan gently coaxed the buyers to the highest price possible and didn't pressure me to bring down my price. Brock was also very helpful as was the whole team. This is a really great agency that will genuinely represent your best interests and I highly recomment them.
