Most of my contact with B & D Realty was through my daughter but I felt very content with how they handled my situation. At no time did I feel they did not have my interest at heart. Contacted Dan for an inspection on another property, which didn't end up suiting What we were looking for. Dan then asked a few basic questions on what my wife and I were after, told me about this property about to come on the market and said to go have a drive past and see what I thought. I then rang and organised an inspection with him while they were doing the photos to put it on the market and after a quick few days we had a signed contract. Dan was great upfront and open about any questions we had, and didn't try and pressure us into anything. Would highly recommend Dan and the team at B&D, very relaxed yet professional approach making the process alot less stressful.

Where do I start? If you could sum up Brock and Dan in one word it would be “professional”. From start to finish they will exceed all your expectations when it comes to selling your number one asset. Brock had a contract on our property with out a open home and come in a top dollar. It fell through but with only only open home closed the deal with the same amount.
