We listed the property with Daniel but he passed it onto another agent who we had never met or spoken to. We were not given any updates post open homes and when we asked for the same we were told to drop the price without any explanation. The settlement process was flawed and our deposit wasn’t released even after the settlement had been done by our bank and solicitors. Never trust this agency again to sell my house.
