We engaged Daniel to sell our converted church just before the Covid-19 pandemic hit Melbourne. Days after completing photographs, the campaign kicked off with no open houses, just private inspections. The marketing material was fabulous but without feet through the door, Daniel and his team worked hard to engage warm customers to come and make private inspections. He was very flexible and serviced both us and the potential buyers very well. Communication was great, we had a verbal update after each inspection - and despite the situation and lack of numbers through, had some comfort that the follow-up was being carried out with vigour. Daniel adapted very quickly to the new environment, and together we agreed to postpone the auction, which proved to be a great decision. Once the open houses recommenced, I expected the verbal updates would not continue, however we still received information straight after each open. We were very happy with the end result considering the environment we were selling in as it was without a doubt the most challenging sale I have ever been involved in.
