Daniel's guidance allowed us to successfully upgrade in a tricky market where our existing property (an apartment) was not as desirable as the new property we were competing for (a house). From the beginning, Daniel was clear with each stage of the process and was always accessible. I never felt I was waiting on him for anything as he delivered when and on what he said he would. I cant accentuate this point enough. In stressful times like selling a property, not knowing is an incredibly painful place to be. Thankfully I never had to experience this. It's the little things also, like tidying a bit of rubbish, or hiding a few strewn clothes before the valuer arrived. Removing any potential negative that may jeopardise the deal. We had some tough conversations early on regarding price and my expectations that Daniel approached head on and with great professionalism. I think you want an agent that is prepared to have these conversations, rather than telling you what you want to hear and delaying the inevitable disappointment.
