Daniel is a different kind of realtor. You would have heard that some realtors want the sale to ensure a commission, not ensure you the vendor get the best price for your property. Daniel is a specialist in the Tallwoods Village area and has sold so many properties for their best price that he has a definitive knowledge and understanding of the pros and cons of owning or building a house in this terrain. We gave Daniel a minimum price that we could accept and not only did he achieve that within 24 hours on listing but exceeded it by many thousands of dollars.
