My father made me promise to him that when the time came to sell the family that he had built almost 50 years ago, I would engage the services of Daniel Gavan. Knowing that dad hadn't purchased or sold a property in quite some time I asked him why Daniel Gavan. His response was clear and concise ... "Because he's a local boy and I see him as a very honest and hard working young man.". If I had to give my dad a score on judging character, it would be 10 out of 10. After my first meeting with Daniel, I knew immediately that he would not disappoint. He not only provided some great advice on how we could prepare the property to maximize the sale price, but also provided us with suggested contractors who could carry out the required work. At no stage during the negotiation stage did Daniel try and pressure us unto accepting a lower offer. All he asked from us was to "let him do his job".
