I found Daniel to be very responsive. He always made me feel that I was the only person he was working for, despite being one of three executors, all in different corners of the country. His staff were equally responsive and kept me well informed of what was happening. By providing me with the knowledge of other offers that came in after the provisional acceptance of an offer I believe that the estate achieved the maximum price within the time constraints. The complications of COVID-19 movement restrictions, dealing with three executors and finally having to wait for the completion of probate were all expertly handled. I am pleased that we chose Daniel and his team to sell the property.
