At the time of negotiation, Daniel strongly implied that there were multiple competing offers and advised us to increase our bid accordingly. It has since become clear that this information was inaccurate. Additionally, we were placed under unnecessary pressure to secure finance approval within a very short timeframe, despite the eventual delay in settlement caused by the seller. Several issues identified during the final inspection remained unresolved prior to settlement, and despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear confirmation that rectifications had been completed. During the final inspection, the representative sent from your agency appeared inexperienced and unfamiliar with both standard property settlement procedures and the specific property in question. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing. The lack of accountability, transparency, and professional support from both Daniel and the broader team fell well below expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend or engage this agency for future real estate matters.

We brought our house from Maria and Daniel . They were very good and down to earth people to deal with . They were very respectful and understanding in all aspects including price negotiations. This was really different from some of the rude real estate agents whom I have met before especially Craig Casper ( Wembley) who told me that “ why don't you ask your wife to pick up a weekend job “ when I told him that his pricing was beyond our planned budget. I found it very disrespectful and offensive. Compared to those personal, dealing with Maria and Daniel was an absolute pleasure. All the best for them .
