We had been wanting to sell for a few years, however in a tight market were not prepared to do so until we had secured our next property. After getting a number of valuations we decided on Daniel and Maria because of the complete service they provide, preparing property for sale, helping to secure the next property and their sale process. We signed our sale contract a couple days after Christmas and had an offer accepted on our new property on 2nd Jan. No other agents were working over this period! This meant we could have our property ready for early Jan and have our property under offer within 14 days! Because of Daniel and Maria’s hard work we secured a great price for our home!
