After I signed a contract to buy and felt the pressure to sell quickly, Daniel and Maria were at my home within an hour to start the process. Their team was very responsive and organised a huge number of buyers through the door. Other agents said selling over Christmas/NY would lead to a weaker result, but Daniel was confident it would work and the result exceeded my expectations.
