An efficient sales team

The sale of our house was very quick which was great. We had maintenance and painting to do on the house before it went on the market. The office manager organized the work but dropped the ball with following through on a few things. Some of the emails from the office were automatic replies and not relevant to us, so that was a bit annoying. However, in the end the team had their process which was slick and fast, and we got the house sold.
