We purchased our home through Daniel. There was an issue that was signed off as requiring fixing on 'condition of sale'. The seller did not want to pay for it to be fixed and we were trying to contact Daniel and his partner for 5 months to help us sort this issue out. They were highly evasive and did not want to take responsibility for it. We ended up having to come to a settlement between ourselves that left us out of pocket because it was dragging on so long.
