Initially, we were a bit worried about the evaluated price being higher than we expected but we believe they got us a fair price for our home.Chelsey and Daniel truly went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible price they could. Although we didn't quite hit our evaluated price, their local knowledge of the market, confidence, expertise and negotiation skills got us a fair price for our property that was satisfactory.
