Daniel did a fantastic job and was great with keeping us informed of the progress, we made an offer on another property before our place even went on the market and it sold and settled 2 weeks before our purchase was due to settle. Daniel went above and beyond to assist us with minor things that may have needed doing that other agents would have had you hire someone to do(such as moving a piece of furniture for a council pickup) as we were interstate. Overall he did a fantastic job and the offers we got from the first open house exceeded our expectations, let alone it going up nearly another 50k from there.
