If you're buying a house don't trust Daniel Harris and Kylie Westbrook, if I could rate them below 0 I would. As I wasn't in Darwin when the house I love came on the market, I called Daniel and told him as such, I mentioned that I needed 100% honesty and transparency but instead he lied through his teeth. I asked if anything was wrong with the property and He said there was nothing wrong with it, that's its ready to move into and you don't have to do a thing. After purchasing the property we found a massive water leak in the roof and after some investigation found out that our property was a rental previously and the tenants that lived in the house (which real estate central were the property managers for) complained many times about the issue and they never got it fixed. Daniel knew but due to the non disclosure and the fact that he wanted a sale He never told us what we specifically asked for. He has NO morals and will cheat anyone to get a sale. I knew and understand the non disclosure and I'm not ignorant to the fact that houses won't have issues when purchasing them but when someone outright lies to you and when a building inspection wouldn't pick up something like this you have to have faith in the person selling it to you. Since I've spent thousands fixing the issue. After the fact we contacted them to ask them about codes to the security system as a proper handover was never done and before we could ask about that they said "is this about the water leak".. so they knew, they lied and again have NO morals. If you're purchasing a property from them don't trust anything they say. Thanks for nothing, you've just ruined what should have been a good experience and helped turn it into a nightmare, I don't know how you sleep at night.

Do not trust Daniel Harris. If I could give less than one star I would. Purchased a home from them and once the sale was done refused to answer calls or messages. On the day we received the keys, we found a substantial water leak in the ceiling which only got worse. Contacted Daniel, no reply. Just about to rent the home out when the ceiling in the garage collapsed due to the leak. Lost money as it was not able to be rented out. Then spent thousands of dollars to fix the plumbing and plaster. called them to ask for the original owners number to get the code for the alarm system as there was no handover and the first thing they asked was "is this about the water leak?" After initially denying knowing about it, that's the first thing asked.... Found the original tenant who stated the leak as well as other issues were communicated to the real estate agents previously however they did nothing about it. Yes, I am aware that in the NT there's no disclosure however we stated we didn't care if there were any issues, we just wanted to know. To find out the day of receiving the keys was a slap in the face and ruined the excitement of owning a new home. Thanks for nothing.

i contacted Daniel from the listing on Domain 3 days before the auction date. Within 1-2 hours Daniel had sent me all the necessary property reports and followed up with a call to me to ensure i had what was needed, including the bidder registration forms etc. we spoke in the morning of the auction (between emails) and i outlined my plan for auction and validated that this was in line with the sellers expectations. as it turned out this was exactly what the seller was expecting and the auction proceeded very smoothly. additionally as i am not based in Darwin Daniel recommended a colleague that could attend the auction and we communicated on the phone during the auction. very professional and low stress.. thank you Daniel and your team.
