Great start. Very good communication at all times. Recommended a professional photographer who took wonderful pictures. At the end we didn't think he judges how much the purchasers would pay and his negotiations weren't hard enough to get us top dollar. As we are in a different state we really depended on him negotiating the best price for us. I would recommend him as I think he is ethical and professional
