I cannot fault Daniel’s professionalism throughout the process. He differentiates himself from his competitors by allowing the client to select the commission they want to pay. He presented the facts as they became available, but most importantly did not apply pressure even when we initially failed to achieve a result. Despite calls from other agents we re-listed again with Daniel 6 months later and he delivered a result at asking price! He never gave up effort to sell our home!
