Exceeded expectations

Daniel gave great advice, set a realistic price and then got the result I wanted. He advised me where I should spend money to get my house ready to sell, but didn't make unnecessary suggestions. His selling strategy was based on what was best for me, for the price point of my home, rather than what everyone else is doing, so there were no unnecessary marketing expenses.
