Daniel and team at one percent property in Kedron are high achievers, they offer a no BS well structured service that delivers. I contacted them to sell my unit my unit, I called 5 agents, Daniels was by far the easiest normal conversation I've had with a real-estate agent in a long time period! Liesl and Matt were on point, quality service all round. I had a couple moments of frustration with buyers failed contracts, Daniel remained calm and professional and his communication was excellent. They have a fair commission system, no BS marketing approach that was way cheaper than others so I felt happy to give them a higher rate %, no pushy sales tactics or over priced bloat services that other real-estate agents try to sell you.
