I had big reservations about all agents when i wanted to sell as i believed they were all Sharks and never tell you the truth . I listed my home with Liang and Simons Penrith as i thought they were the best out of a bad bunch . I was originally told a market price in which i wasn't happy about as i had my own market price but i thought i would test this agent and there ability . My home went to market The marketing was superb much to my surprise as it was quality The communication was direct and punctual Integrity and credibility was on the higher level Honesty shone With all the above my home sold within the price range i was told it would in the beginning much to my disappointment only because the market has taken a substantial nose dive south. Owners always want top $$ for there home naturally however the market will tell you what your home is worth .
