Honest, hard-working, friendly and diligent: the total package
When researching agents to sell our house, we noticed an outstanding auction result for a house very similar to ours in our suburb, which was sold by Daniel, so got in touch with him via the Stockdale & Leggo Glenroy website. I'm so glad we did! He came out to see us the next day and sat down with us and gave us a comprehensive overview of the area and the market. We didn't feel pressured to proceed, but we instantly knew he'd be a good fit for us. Because Daniel manages many sales for our suburb (and because he grew up in the real estate industry), he really understands what buyers are looking for and how best to market the property. Dan worked very hard on our campaign. He kept us informed every step of the way, calling us after every open to give us an overview of the people who inspected and their feedback and even texting during the week to keep us up to date with recent sales data and trends. Daniel is genuine and caring. He goes about his work with honesty and an unfaltering commitment to get the best possible result both for the seller but also with respect for the buyer. There's no spin or overpromising: just facts, courtesy and exemplary communication. I should also add that Daniel managed to shift our Saturday auction online within a couple of hours after Stage 4 lockdown was announced on the Friday. He worked very hard to notify all 100+ groups that inspected the house of the late change and did a great job managing our nerves and anxiety about the situation as well. We needn't have worried - he got us an absolutely awesome result and I know the buyers will be happy too. Truth be told, we're a little sad that we won't be seeing Daniel's smiling face twice a week now our house has sold, it's just been such a pleasure having him represent us and our property. Suffice to say, highly recommend for anyone wanting personal service, a great result and a nice guy to deal with too. 11/10.
