During our purchase of the property we found Dan to be a very affable person to deal with, he fought hard for his Vendor in negotiation and that is to be expected. He was also open and accommodating to our terms and listened to what we were prepared to pay. In the end I was very disappointed that certain actions didn't occur as per my understanding.
