Easy to buy from. Refreshingly lacking in game playing unlike other agents I have dealt with - no final written offer game or using you to test the market with a "pre-market" inspection. It was an easy few phone calls about what the other party had offered and what I was comfortable offering. A decision from the vendor a few days later and it was all sewn up.
