My Tenants gave me notice (Private rental) and we decided on the back end of the tenancy to look at potentially selling. Daniel informed us that he had a fair few people interested in similar properties and that he had just been successful with a quick sale (Under 2 weeks) in the same area. So with the hope he could deliver a quick Sale due to the property not being tenanted. Daniel got to work and sold the property in only a couple of weeks and for more than we both had expected and agreed to sell the property for.
