I can't recommend Daniel Joyce highly enough. He is a consummate professional who managed the sale of our property to achieve a result well beyond our expectations. He kept us regularly informed throughout the sale process and his market knowledge is second to none. In particular, his constant re-evaluation and, where warranted, adjustment of the approach taken during the sales campaign to take into account buyer interest and market conditions allowed us to attract a larger number of potential buyers during the campaign and on the day of auction.
