It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel. He was very patient as we had a few hiccups along the way, but he always made himself available to help. He returned calls when he said he would, which is so refreshing these days. He was a positive friendly guy, not pushy and listended to what our needs were. He only presented 2 properties to us, which we made an offer on both, the first we had to pull out due to some change in personal circumstances. However as soon as they were sorted I let him know we were on the hunt again and within a week he had the perfect house for us, which on first sight we purchased.
