This is not our first experience with Daniel. This is the second home he has sold for us, we cannot speak highly enough of him. As we are all aware, most agents speak bullshit and over quote just to get a listing. This is definitely not the case with Daniel. He offers a service that is professional, yet personal. He is honest, reliable and whatever requests we had through the campaign was never an issue. He is extremely prompt with replies and an excellent communicator. We sold before Auction, as his negotiating skills along with his knowledge of the market are second to none. He is very well mannered and a man of his word. He makes the whole process easy and kept me informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend Daniel enough. I know with any future properties we sell, he will be my only point of contact. I believe an important aspect of selling your property is the relationship you form with your agent. The relationship needs to be honest and respectful. You need to know that no matter what the case, you can speak openly and honestly about matters concerning your most valued possession. Someone that’s friendly and down to earth, not your typical cocky, arrogant sales agent. You need an agent that will work with you, not against you. Someone that’s reliable and has your best interests at heart. Even though we had appraisals from other agents that have market share in the area, we ended up choosing Daniel. He ticked all our boxes.
